stainless steel/carbon steel/brass/copper
The continuous brazing furnace is widely used for stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, ceramic parts brazing and bright heat treatment in industries of automobile, diesel engine, aero-space & aviation, air conditioning, refrigeration, gas water heater, electron and microwave magnetic control tube, etc .
1. Standard parts industry self tapping screw, drilling screw, wall screws, wood screws and other carbon heat treatment. High tensile screws, inner hexagon screw, 5-8.2 screw, nut, etc quenching and tempering heat treatment;
2. Adjustable wrench, open end wrench, box spanner, hexagon wrench, screwdriver, sleeve, pliers, jack, such as hand tools quenching and tempering heat treatment;
3. Auto screw, shaft, hub, connecting rod, car lock ring, piston pin, locomotive screw, top and bottom plug, size bowl, drive shaft, the five group, front fork group, as group, fast valve group and so on automobile, motorcycle, bicycle partsof carburizing heat treatment;
4. Folder, blade, file, the nail in the four corners, lighters, shoes core, hair clips, pen holder, etc. quenching and tempering heat treatment;
5. Steel nails, nail clippers, hook, chain, hook locks and other hardware parts carburizing heat treatment; 6.Textile machinery parts, bearing parts of carburizing and quenching and tempering heat treatment;
1. Longer muffle lifespan: Patented heating muffle is guaranteed for 1.5 years under normal condition (1120°C) and 3 years for lower temperatures(less than 950°C).
2. Cooling muffle is under the examination and approval for invention patent, and guaranteed the brazing parts will be bright and shiny without oxidation.
3. Cooling section equipped with heat exchanger greatly improves cooling speed.
4. Imported lining materials reduces energy consumption.
5. Individual Continuous Variable Control System (ICVC) ensures very high temperature accuracy and uniformity. The furnace temperature stability can reach±1°C.
6. Automatic control with multiple protective features ensures the safety of both the furnace and operators.
