Product Application
The CNC hardening machine is one of induction heating devices of our company. It is mainly used to process shaft components, and is also used to some special jobs. Equipped with medium frequency, high frequency or super audio power supply, it adopts liquid-spray cooling method and can satisfy general demands of factories. The machine, driven by step machine, is CNC automatic induction heating and hardening machine. It is mainly used for hardening, and also can be used for annealing and welding processes. The machine supports both manual and automatic operation, easy to learn and operate.
Main Features
1) 0.001mm precision, large adjustable speed range.
2) induction switch to control max. lifting and dropping speed; The hardening machine is also equipped with failure buffer device
3) CNC control is more safe, convenient and easier to operate compared with the traditional hydraulic system.
4) Flexible. The dropping and lifting speed of top side of the workpiece/job are controlled by motor and can be adjusted according to the job length.
5) The rotating speed is adjusted on control board, digitized and straightforward. Stepless adjustment according to the job specification and craft requirement is achieved, which meets requirements of high-precision adjustment for best hardening quality.
