Product Description
FXE350 Automatic Continuous Copper Busbar Production Line
This copper busbar extruding production line is specially used for the production of flat wire, copper busbar, commutator, contact wires of electric locomotive and other solid copper materials. It is widely used in factories that need relative copper products, such as transformer, big and middle type motor, high-low voltage switch electric appliance, DC electric commutator and so on.
Busbar production line composing: pay-off stand for copper rods, straightener, continuous extrusion machine, oxidation preventive cooling system, double dancing balance device, take-up machine, and electric control system.

3. Simple production process, direct shaping by one mould of copper busbar production line, no need of mould matching, easy replacement.
4. Precise product size by copper busbar production line, good surface roughness, with excellent mechanical and conductive performances.
5. Only need to replace a mould for defferent product shapes or sizes, fast and convenient, specially suitable for small quantity and multiple types product making.
