Aluminum rod CCM and continuous casting production line
The unit mainly consists of horizontal combination furnace for aluminum melting,drawing machine,cutting machine/automatic take-up machine and electric control system.It is researched and developed successfully by our comoany,specially used for casting aluminum rods.
The combination furnace consists of furnace body,natural gas burner,value,aluminum liquid groove,crystallizer and electric control system.
The furnace body has no crucible and the furnace lining adopts high-purity alumina standard refractory castable.It is specially for the environment of bad condition,being aluminum nonstick and good in thermal shock resistance.
All the equipment of aluminum rod horizontal continuous casting line is customized according to the actual production requirement of user.
