1. Brief introduction
Small medium frequency induction melting furnace is mainly used for the melting of iron, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, silver, gold ,glass, aluminium, alloys and metal ores. Melting capacity of induction melting furnace can be from 0.5KG to 500KG.
50kg gold melting furnace is equipped with a induction coil inside of the furnace body, and a pure graphite crucible surrounded by induction coil, when the power on, with the induction effect, the melting furnace will produce high temperature up to 3000°C in very short time, and do the melting process. The power of small induction melting furnace can be displayed and adjusted through the rotary switch on the control panel.
2. Features
• Adopts IGBT medium frequency power supply, energy saved 20% at least compared with silicon controlled rectifier type.
• All-around protection functions: overcurrent protection, hydropenia protection, overheating protection, overvoltage protection, short circuit protection, lacking phase protection, etc.
• Optimal panel display such as frequency display, current display, voltage display, power display, make the equipment work condition intuitionistic, induction coil design and capacitance adjustment beneficial.
• Super small size and portable, occupies not enough 1.0 square meters, suitable for small scale production, school laboratory and other similar situations.
• 24 hours nonstop melting ability, long use life.
• Outstanding stirring action, conductive to the uniformity of melting temperature and metal structure, dross, and impurities decrease.
