IV Pharmaceutical Bag Leak Tester is suitable for sealing test of products. It can effectively compare and evaluate the sealing process and sealing performance of the soft package through the test. It is an ideal testing instrument for food, plastic soft package, wet towel, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and other industries.

Ø Built-in air source unit, without external air source, plug in and use.
Ø Microcomputer control, automatic operation of pressure pumping, pressure maintaining, pressure supplement, timing, back blowing and printing.
Ø Equipped with touch interface and micro printer, which supports data preset and power-off memory to ensure the accuracy of test data.
Ø Imported world-class SMC pneumatic components with durable performance, stability and reliability.
Ø USB interface is reserved for the system, which can print out test data to meet different customer needs.
PrincipleFirstly submerge the specimen in the water within the chamber, and then evacuate the vacuum chamber to form differential pressure between the inside and outside of the specimen. The property of leakage can be obtained by observing the steady progress of bubbles from the specimen and how the specimen expands and restores to its original shape after vacuum release.
