Package IV Medical Bag Leak Tester is professionally designed for the leakage tests of packages of handcream tube, food, medical instruments, household-chemical products, cars, electronic components, stationery and other industrial products. The instrument also can be used to test sealing performance of specimens by falling and compression tests.

Ø Two test modes-pressure maintaining and pressure increasing can meet different requirements.
Ø Automatic controlling process: vacuum, maintain pressure, replenish pressure, timing, back blow, print, save and upload data.
Ø Equipped with micro-printer, USB interface and PC software.
Ø The units of mbar and kPa can be converted freely.

PrincipleFirstly submerge the specimen in the water within the vacuum chamber, and then evacuate the chamber to form differential pressure between the inside and outside of the specimen. The leakage property can be obtained by observing the steady progression of bubbles from the specimen and how the specimen expands and restores to its original shape after vacuum release.
