Carbon steel lug butterfly valve with handle operation
carbon steel material lug type butterfly valve is one of JRVAL’s most improtant products, some lug body type in north China market are unique products from JRVAL, which has won good reputation in domestic and overseas market.
Product featurers:
1) Lost wax casting, test material content by the spectrometer, provide material test report for each batch of valve parts;
2) Casting materials like Zircon sand and zircon powder are all imported from Australia. The roughness of the valveis Ra0.8-3.2um, which meets the market standard of Europe and America.
3) Professional steel parts machining, two-step of machining and twice inspection, ensures the accuracy error of ± 0.20mm, high standard machining assures valve zero-leakage.
4) The valve stem bearing use "copper sleeve", which with good wear and corrosion resistance. Although cost is 50% higher than other materials, prolong the service life by 60-70%;
5) Rubber seat contains over 50% rubber, with stable resilience and tension. Although the cost is 30% higher than that of similar products in the market, its service life can be extended by 1-2 years; valve seat option with PTFE, NBR, EPDM, FKM etc.
6) Operation handle has opotion for 45#steel, stainless steel and aluminium etc.
