Dosing system
Paper supply system
Application：used to provide paper to the gypsum board.
Composition:：The paper roll lifting machine, uncoiling device, pneumatic paper receiving machine, paper storing machine, paper pulling machine, paper guiding machine, scoring machine and automatic correction machine.
Forming&Solidification system
Application: to form the semi-finished gypsum board products from the gypsum powder slurry
Distribution system
Application: used to transport the wet gypsum board to each story of drying machine with the control of PLC distributor.
Drying system
We have hot air technology and conduction oild technology, drying room temperature is uniform
Electronic control system
High electrical automation degree, low failure rate, less workers.
