Our PVC ceiling tiles production line is a new kind of products in the domestic
market and is dedicated device for producing PCV ceiling tiles board. The production line is controlled by computer and conveyed by chains and wheels, automatically
accomplishing coating, heating, laminating, cold pressing and hot pressing.

PVC coating machine system
Double-side film sticking machine for full automatic PVC faced gypsum board machinery can finish double-side lamination all at once.
Advantages: improve production efficiency; save manpower; save material resources
The roller is controlled by air cylinder, with fine workmanship and tight spacing; it can achieve the solid degree after lamination better and reduce the use of glue greatly.
A barrel of glue (50 kg) can stick 900-1000/1200 pieces of board (PVC faced), or 1200-1300 pieces of board (aluminum foil faced).
The machine is attached with special heating equipment which can guarantee its normal operation in winter.
Double-side laminating machine unit: The unit is a double-side laminating machine which can make the decorative film stick together with the boards.
Dividing and cutting saw
Double direction cutting technology is used to cut the gypsum board all at once.
The space between the saw blades is adjustable so as to meet the production and processing demand of ceiling boards in multiple sizes. A change in size is simple, no need for large-scale disassembly. Neat and smooth cut edges, higher efficiency.
Cutting equipments adopted by this machine unit for faced gypsum board and other boards, technological process: board loading - longitudinal cutting - horizontal conveying - horizontal cutting - brush dedusting - board discharging.
The cutting motor has a power of 1.5 KW. Cutting blade adopts durable high alloy saw blade.
For transverse and lengthwise cutting, we use a machine which is welded with 12 mm steel plate.For conveying board feeding and discharging through the machine head, we all use rubber roller.
Biggest advantage: The adoption of two-time cutting and burring device has reduced the difficulty of the edge-sealing as the cut boards are smooth without burrs. Cutting smaller boards, checking up the edge and angle are all carried out within the national standards of tolerance.
The automatic cutting machine is equipped with electrostatic pulse dust collector to effectively absorb all the dust on board surface.
The work area is without fly ash, achieving a best environmental protection effect.
Automatic edge sealing machine
We adopt PLC electric control device and air cylinder for adjustment, which has ended the heavy manual edge sealing history.
Technological process: board loading - brush dedusting - lengthwise edge sealing - transverse conveying - transverse edge sealing - board discharging.
We use photoelectric switch, an automatic induction device. After receiving the signal, it will automatically convey the boards, seal the edges and discharge the boards.
