For each line, 6 sets molds are provided for free. The mold shape and size can be customized as client's request.

Flour mixer Flour Mixer is used to mix the raw material, like corn flour, rice flour, fish bone flour, ox bone flour with liquid and other additives. |
Screw conveyor Screw Conveyor is used to the convey the materials to the feeder of the extruder. |

Double screw extruder Double screw extruder can make dry pet food for dog, cat, fish etc. Different sizes and shapes can be made by changing the molds. Different capacity for choice, such as 150kg/hr, 300kg/hr, 500kg/hr, 800kg/hr, 1ton/hr, 3ton/hr.

Sifter & Air conveyor
Vibrating Sifter is a conveyer. It uses to convey the raw material to next equipment, and at the same time, it sifts to prevent the raw materials sticking together. |

Dryer Roaster is used to dry a wide range of products, such as dog snacks, corn flakes, core filling food, pet food etc. |
Flavoring system Flavoring System is used to evenly spray the flavor powder and oil onto snacks.

2. Raw materials: corn flour, rice flour, wheat flour, fish bone meal, chicken powder, glycerol etc.
3. Voltage: normally 380v, 50hz, 3 phase, also can customize as client's local voltage.
4. Adopt Siemens motor, prolong the machines usage life.
5. Siemens PLC and touch screen make the line more easier to operate, the fault will display on the screen directly, no need to check the machine one by one.
1. We make accurate factory layout design according to customer’s factory size; if the customer needed, we could make workshop design with electricity power, water supply, gas power, material storage, final storages, worker’s restroom, etc.
2. After receiving firm order and down payment, we start to apply for the Visa to your country immediately; while the machines arrives your factory, our engineers are ready to start for the commissioning service.
3. At buyer's request,1-2 of our engineers will go to your factory to install and adjust the processing line to realize normal production at shortest time.
4. Our engineers have responsibility to teach the workers how to operate, clean, maintain and repair all the machines, until the workers could well operate the processing line..
5. Our engineers can provide basic formula for the production, and help the customer to produce good quality food according customer’s detailed formula.
6. It normally costs 10-14 days for the commissioning service, and we supply 1 year guarantee from the date of completion of commissioning service.

Oversea commissioning service provided, our technician will help to install the machine, and teach local workers about operation and maintenance. Buyer should pay for the technician's round flight ticket, accommodation and salary.
3. How long is your machine's guarantee time?
One year since the machine arrive your factory.
4. If some parts break after warranty, what should we do?

5. If we show our workshop size, can you design layout for the whole line?
Auto CAD layout will be provided as client’s workshop size.
