Corrugated Box Compression Tester
Applicantions:
The Computer Control Corrugated Box Compression Tester is used for corrugated paper box to test its resistance to compression and stacking capacity. It's used for measuring the pressure strength of cartons, containers, etc. for inspecting the pressure-resistance and strike-endurance of packing materials during transportation or carry. The testing results are displayed by computer.
It adopts high precision sensor and high performance small and special electric machine.
With advanced measuring and controlling technique, it can realize exactly speed governing and exactly measuring.
This kind of machine is designed and manufactured according to ISO 2872, AS 130-1-800 S, ASTM D 4169, ASTM D 642, and TAPPI T 804 standards.
It is connected with software, suitable for the compression test and stack test of packing box.
It has good reliability, equipped with PC system and software for analyzing and data processing.
This machine has been widely used in the fields of carton and packaging industries.
