XBM-100 Apparent Density Testing machine
Density Meter is used to determine the apparent density of molding powder, that is, weight per unit volume. Thus it provides design parameters for Packaging materials, mold cavity and the extrusion screw. It complies GB/T3402, GB/T1636, ISO60 standards.
Main technical parameters:
Funnel volume: 120ml
Funnel diameter: 33mm
Graduated cylinder volume: 100ml
Graduated cylinder diameter: 45mm
Base specifications: 180 × 150mm
Operation Summary:
1. First place the graduated cylinder at the base, within the tailgate radius, and then place the funnel at the rack, and make its bottom mouth right above the graduated cylinder 20 ~ 40mm, (coaxial with graduated cylinder).
2. Then insert tailgate into the funnel; pour about 120ml specimen into the funnel.
3. Quickly remove the tailgate, so that the specimen freely flows into graduated cylinder. Use tailgate to scrape the excess specimen and weigh the specimen in the graduated cylinder, accurate to 0.1g. For each batch of specimen, take three measurements (No-reuse of the measured specimen).
