PLS-200 is designed according to the dynamic servo test technology, and it mainly used to achieve dynamic fatigue performance tests to various kinds of components, compound materials and string materials (such as nylon, etc) and biomaterials.
It can also do static mechanical performance tests, such as tensile and compression tests to different materials.

4. Max. Amplitude of the actuator: 30mm, and indicating accuracy is better than ±0.5%FS
5. Frequency range: 0.1-10Hz
6. Effective test space: 1000mm

8. Constant pressure servo pump station: Flow 30L/min
9. Controller: PC full digital servo controller
9.1 Test wave form: sine wave, triangular wave, rectangular wave, ramp wave, trapezoidal wave, half sine wave, square wave, etc.
9.2 Adopting multiple channels and parameters digital close loop control, high resolution feedback sampling and signal adjusting technology, it can realize automatic adjustment of system PID value and synchronous high speed data sampling and feedback of all channels.
9.3 Multiple control modes are optional: load (Stress), deformation (strain), displacement, etc.
9.4 Automatic calibration and zero set
9.5 Digital display of axial load, axial displacement (deformation), test frequency and other parameters, all channels can work together and each channel can finish measuring, displaying and control task independently.
9.6 Software: Friendly-interface, easy-operation, it can run in window 98/2000/XP and has the following function: test condition and parameter setting, data processing, saving test data in different forms, replaying test course and data after test finishes, importing test data to Word, Excel, Access MATLAB and other soft wares, editing ,sorting and fitting curve; creating and printing test report.
