Specifications:
Electromagnetic resonance High-frequency fatigue testing machine has simple structure, convenient operation, high efficiency, low energy consumption and other characteristics, therefore it widely is used in the field of military scientific research, colleges and universities and industrial production.
High-frequency fatigue testing machine is widely used for testing properties of anti-fatigue crack, testing KIC value, S-N curve and so on; it is used for testing fatigue lifetime of all kinds of parts (e.g. plate gear, crank, bolt, chain, connecting rod, compact tension and so on) with various fixtures. It may complete the symmetrical fatigue test, the asymmetrical fatigue test, the unidirectional pulsation fatigue test, the block spectrum fatigue test, the modulation fatigue test, the fatigue test at high and low temperature, three point bending, four point bending, torsion fatigue tests and so on. At present colleges and universities, research department and industrial and mining enterprises use the high frequency testing machine to carry on fracture toughness test and testing metallic material crack growth rate and limited value of martial. With the development of microelectronic technology and computer technology, as well as perfect test method, its use function is increasing expansion.
This machine undergoes optimization design and the structure is rational. The automatically controlled system adopts the advanced pulse wide control system and new-type power amplifier to improve the reliability of the electric system
Working mode:
Conventional fatigue test is the constant dynamic and static load (symmetrical, asymmetrical, pulsation), program control (block spectrum) fatigue test and modulation fatigue test (sine wave, triangular wave, trapezoidal wave, self-defining wave and so on).
Capacity of counter is 9 109.
The testing machine can automatically record testing cycle number, and cycle number can be established at any time. After arriving at the stipulation cycle number, the testing machine has the auto-stop function.
Data storage method:
Equal time interval storage and equal number storage;
Waveform display functions:
Real time display waveform has dynamic load waveform, current waveform and excitation waveform, and it mainly is used for diagnosing resonant condition.
Protection Safety:
It has overload protection, mechanical limit protection, over current of motor protection, fracture protection, actuator overflow protection, frequency falling protection, contrived upper and lower limit of dynamic and static load protection, out of control dynamic and static load protection and so on. Frequency falling protection and upper and lower limit of dynamic and static load protection can be contrived according to different experimental requirements. It can automatically start after power failure causing unexpected shutdown.
The basic condition of equipment use
Field environmental condition
Environmental temperature range is (-10~+40)°C.
Environmental relative humidity is less than 80%.
Altitude is no more than 1000m.
Other conditions
The laboratory should have three-phase four-wire 380V AC power supply and essential plug wire plate (seat), and the fluctuation range of supply voltage is no more than ±10%. The power source power is not less than two times of equipment power.
The laboratory should have reliable grounding wire.
The laboratory ground should be smooth ground which is able to bear equipment, such as smooth cement floor, without needing the special ground.
Working Principle
When frequencies of electro-magnetic exciting force produced by excitation machine in the multi-degree of freedom vibrating system are equal to main vibration frequency and satisfy certain condition, the system produces constant amplitude resonance. Inertia force (waveform is sine wave, and amplitude of sine wave Fa is dynamic load or amplitude load) produced by its quality of excitation (mainly refers to weights and other equivalent quality) in the resonant condition should be imposed on the specimen (hereafter refer to as “test specimen”) back and forth, thus it completes fatigue test.
