Application
This Hydraulic Charpy Notch broaching machine is designed for providing the specimens used in the impact testing tasks.
The machine cut notch which according to the “V” ASTM E23, ISO148 standards, “U” DIN 50115 and ISO83 standards “ Charpy notch Impact Test Method for metal material” on the specimen for only one time. At the sam Hydraulic Charpy Notch e time, it has advantages of high precision, long life, low noise and concise appearance etc.

Features
1) It adopts hydraulic transmission to ensure the geometric accuracy of the notch of the specimen.
2) The machine adopts the principle of one broaching and forming, its processing identity is excellent, which can guarantee that the sample notch is 100% qualified.
3) All broaches are made of imported W18Cr4V materials, which have high hardness and good abrasion resistance. Each broach can be machined to more than 20000 samples.
4) It is equipped with double broaches, which can be used to process two notches at the same time: one V type and another U type( Or double V type, or double U type). No need to exchange the broach whether V type notch or U type notch, the notch processing needs only 10s.
5) Special inner lubricating device to ensure good lubricity, which can prevent from damaging broaches, and the equipment is equipped with iron chip recovery box, easy to clean.
