    The machine vision-based automatic inspection system uses the CCD camera as the detection sensor of the device to monitor the moving cloth, and the image data enters the industrial computer through the Ethernet. The size of the current cloth is obtained through a series of image processing. Relevant information such as warp, weft density, weft, weft arc, pattern cycle and various defects of the cloth surface visible in the human eye, the real-time display of the test result through the man-machine interface, automatic alarm when the range is exceeded, and detect data is saved in the database

Product Introduction:

1. The fabric can be easily inspected with a simple operation. As long as the operator adjusts the width of the image, it can easily generate a test image contrast

2. After the test contrast image generation, a formal inspection of fabric defects begins. Kinds of information such as type, position and the defect appear on the display, and the operator can confirm the defect information in real time.

3. Defect check out and the measures

     As a monitoring device for the 24-hour supervision process, when a serious defect occurs, the             operator will be alerted by an alarm.

     An inspection report is generated immediately after the inspection is completed and can be                 provided to the client company or used as a data for improving the process.
