As a non-standard equipment, Tricycle Assembly Production Line will use the adaptive design according to customers' requirements.
Tricycle assembly production line uses chain plate to make plane transmission movement (that is Assembly production line) to achieve the production process purpose. It is an indispensable assembly equipment for tricycle manufacturer. The large pitch needle roller bending plate chain is used as the conveying medium to drag the metal panel to run in a cycle. The conveying speed can be adjusted and the time can be controlled. The length of the wire body can be selected according to the production scale, generally not shorter than 40 meters.
Cargo Tricycle assembly:
Conveying equipment: used for the transportation in electric vehicles assembly line.
Electric vehicle assembly line equipment: the engine, front axle, rear axle, cab, wheel and other assemblies in the assembly line and delivery in the corresponding station on the line by the use of transport, lifting equipment;
Various oil filling equipment: including fuel, lubricating oil, detergent, coolant, brake fluid, refrigerant and various electric vehicle assembly line filling equipment;
Ex-Factory inspection equipment: Front wheel toe-in tester , side slip test bench, steering test bench, headlamp detector, brake test bench, speedometer test bench and exhaust analyzer;
Exclusive use electric vehicle assembly equipment: marking car number machine, rib fastening equipment, wheel assembly exclusive equipment, automatic gumming machine and hydraulic bridge loading trolley.
Technological Process flow:
Each station is equipped with an operation box. The operator controls the rotation, flipping, lifting through the buttons on the operation box to complete the assembly of the parts of the electric vehicle assembly line.
Each motor requiring positive and negative rotation must be equipped with a positive and negative rotation contactor with a mechanical linkage device, and motor protection switches with auxiliary contacts are provided for each motor
The supply voltage of all control circuits must be 24V safety voltage to ensure the safety of personnel on the production line.
On the main control console, the operation of each station motor and pneumatic components can be displayed. When a fault occurs, there is a corresponding prompt message on the main console and directly enter the PLC control program through the fault boot program for fault diagnosis processing.
Each assembly line is equipped with an IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) to display the operation of various equipment on the working line. The leader can see the operation of the equipment on each working position of the production line on the industrial computer. When one equipment breaks down, the industrial computer will warn us. It will be displayed very intuitively, operator can do the maintenance work immediately.
1. Through the automatic assembly line operation, the assembly process can be adjusted effectively and each working procedure can be allocated reasonably.
2. Production line can add online detection and automatic assembly special machine to implement effective quality control and operation status monitoring, providing necessary guarantee for modern large-scale production.
3. Effectively control the production time of the assembly line to improve the stability of the tricycle assembly line operation and the efficiency of the tricycle assembly working efficiency.
