The reducing And Stabilizing Control Valve 200X valve consists of main valve, guide valve, needle valve, ball valve and pressure gauge.The pressure reducing valve mainly controls the fixed outlet pressure of the main valve, the outlet pressure of the main valve does not change due to the change of the inlet pressure, and does not change its outlet pressure due to the change of the outlet flow of the main valve.Applicable to industrial water supply, fire water supply and domestic water pipe system.

200X relief valve holding pressure valve working principle
1. When the pipe feeds water from the inlet end, the water flows through the needle regulating valve into the main valve control room, and the outlet pressure acts on the decompression guide valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of the decompression guide valve, the decompression guide valve is closed and the control room stops draining. At this time, the pressure in the control room of the main valve rises and closes the main valve, and the outlet pressure does not increase.
2. When the outlet pressure drops to the pressure relief guide valve setting pressure, the guide valve opens and the control room drains downstream. Because the displacement of the pressure relief guide valve is greater than that of the needle control valve, the pressure of the main valve control room decreases, and the inlet pressure makes the main valve open. In the stable state, the water intake and drainage of the control room are the same, the opening is unchanged, and the outlet pressure is unchanged. Adjust the pressure relief guide valve spring to set the outlet pressure.
