Application:
The horizontal and vertical burning test uses a Bunsen burner of a specified size and a specific gas source (methane or propane) to ignite the sample in a horizontal or vertical state several times according to a certain flame height and a certain flame angle. The flammability and fire hazard are assessed by the igniting of the test article, the duration of the burning and the length of the burning.
The horizontal vertical burning tester is mainly used to grading the flammability of V-0, V-1, V-2, HB, and 5V materials. It is also applicable to the research, production and quality inspection departments of electrical and electronic products and their components, such as lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tools, electrical machinery, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, electrical connectors and accessories. In the field of insulation materials, engineering plastics or other solid combustible materials.
Features:
1. The horizontal vertical burning test machine is composed of a test part and a control part, and adopts an integrated design to facilitate on-site installation and debugging. The test chamber casing and important parts are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to smoke and gas.
2. The control system is highly automated and has automatic ignition. During the test, the test object automatically follows the flame in both vertical and horizontal directions.
3. The temperature and time numbers show that the observation and recording are convenient and the use is stable and reliable.
