Application:
The UL94 Horizontal Vertical Flame Chamber is designed for the flammability testing of plastic materials used in consumer electric devices and appliances per UL94. The chamber is constructed of stainless steel with a black interior and large sliding window for easy viewing. The Test chamber includes a fully adjustable specimen support and a precision metered gas burner. Three digital timers with remote control are mounted on the inside back wall of the chamber, allowing for precise and simplified line-of-sight operation.
The horizontal vertical burning tester is mainly used to grading the flammability of V-0, V-1, V-2, HB, and 5V materials. It is also applicable to the research, production and quality inspection departments of electrical and electronic products and their components, such as lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tools, electrical machinery, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, electrical connectors and accessories. In the field of insulation materials, engineering plastics or other solid combustible materials.
Features:
* The horizontal vertical burning test machine is composed of a test part and a control part, and adopts an integrated design to facilitate on-site installation and debugging. The test chamber casing and important parts are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to smoke and gas.
* The control system is highly automated and has automatic ignition. During the test, the test object automatically follows the flame in both vertical and horizontal directions.
*The temperature and time numbers show that the observation and recording are convenient and the use is stable and reliable.
