• Micro-Deval abrasion test machine use European/French standards
  

1. It consists of 4pieces hollow cylinder with end seals
2. For particles 4 -14 mm , hollow cylinder inner diameter 200±1mm,lengh is 154±1mm
3. For particles 25 -50 mm,hollow cylinder inner diameter 400±2mm.
4. hollow cylinder material is stainless steel (Z 2 CN 18-10), thinkness >3mm.

 Usage of Deval Abrasion Tester

• They are mounted on two horizontal axes.Each cylinder can be tested one testing.
• There cannot be any inconsistencies in the cylinder due to welding or fixation.
  Close the cylinder with an 8 mm thick flat cover.Seal through the seam on the flat cover.
  Abrasive is made of diameter 10±0.5mm stainless steel round ball bearing.
