SXLJ600-V Batter Drenching machine can be used together with SXCB600-V forming machine, flouring machine, and breading machine or singly use. It widely used in hamburger, Mc Nuggets, Potato Pie, Pumpkin Pie and Kebab, which is the best choice of food manufacturer.
The series SXLJ sizing machine(batter drenching) evenly coats the batter on the surfaces of products by a batter screen and a lower batter carrying plate and maintain relatively stable positions of products. The extra batter can be flowed off when product pass air knife, then go through to next process. It’s suitable for Chicken, Beef, Pork, Fish, Shrimp and other seafood. It is the prior process of flouring and breading.
