Manufacturer Automatic Drum-type Preduster(Flouring Machine)
Brief Introduction
SXFT drum-type flouring machine can be used with SXLJ600-V battering machine and SXSF600-V forming machine or separately use. It can coat and wrap products with powders of a even layer by drum rotation to increase the quantity of powder coating and create products of flaky shapes. The machine is suitable for powder (bread chaff) coating of lump like materials such as popcorn, chicken nuggets, fish lump and etc.
Lift the raw material into roller by elevator, the raw material fully mix with flour once drum-type rolling, flour evenly coat the raw material. The extra powder will drop from roller hole via the end of roller, the product just fall on output belt; there is flour shaking part on the belt, which can shake the extra flour of the surface of product, then transport the product to next process.
