Application and function
It is specially used for removing soil blocks from materials.
The processing objects include: beans, seeds, traditional Chinese medicine, corn, wheat, rice, peanuts, sunflower seeds, buckwheat, millet, etc.

Principle and applicability:
The Magnetic Separator is a kind of equipment that uses high-strength magnet to separate the soil block.
Its main structure includes frame, conveyor belt, magnetic roller, etc. When the belt rotates around the magnetic roller, the material moves in a parabola state. In this process, the soil block is attracted by the high-strength magnet, the track changes and separated by the partition.
This machine is specially suitable for the occasion of removing the soil block which is close to the particle size of the material.
Therefore, it is better to clean and sort the material before entering this machine. The machine cannot remove the dust and stone.
Technical advantages
1, High intensity magnetic field
The magnetic roller of the machine is made of rare earth materials and assembled through professional magnetic gathering. The high-strength magnetic force of the magnetic roller can interfere with the trace iron elements in the soil block and selectively remove the soil block.

Special PU material, anti-static interference, long service life, low temperature resistance, good flexibility and stability.
3, Design of gravity bulk grain
Pure mechanical design, flexible adjustment, uniform bulk grain and low failure rate.
4, Iron pre selection design
The iron impurities in the raw materials are pre selected by two light magnets to avoid the high-strength magnetic field of the magnetic roller mistakenly sucking the iron articles and jamming.
5, Stainless steel design:
The shell is made of stainless steel, safe, antimagnetic, anti attenuation, easy to maintain and beautiful.
6, Variable frequency speed regulation (optional):
The rotation speed can be controlled by the frequency converter, can adjust when processing various materials.
7, Deviation monitoring (optional)
Automatic detection of belt deviation.
