Principle and applicability:
Destoner is a sort of equipment based on the density (specific gravity) difference between materials and impurities.
The main structure includes frame, wind system, vibration system, specific gravity table, etc.
When the equipment is working, the materials are mainly affected by two forces: wind force and vibration friction force. When the equipment is working, the materials are fed by the high-end of gravity table. Then, under the action of wind, the materials are suspended and stratified. The vibration of gravity table makes the heavy products in the lower layer climb up, and the lighter impurities in the upper layer flow down under the action of wind, so as to complete the separation of materials and impurities.
Technical advantages
1．Gravity table design
The wooden frame of gravity table is made of precious wood, which has excellent impact resistance and firmness. The screen surface is made of 304 stainless steel mesh of food grade, which has very good wear resistance and strength, greatly improving the service life of the gravity table.
