working principle:
When the current command signal is input into the coil of the torque motor, the electromagnetic force will act on both ends of the armature, thus driving the damper in the spring tube to deflect. Deflection of the baffle will reduce the flow rate of the nozzle, thus changing the pressure on one side of the wide core connected with the nozzle and pushing the valve core to one side The displacement of the valve element opens the access between one control port and the oil supply port (P), and connects the oil circuit between the other control port and the return port (T). At the same time, the displacement of the valve core will also produce a force on the spring rod, thus forming a restoring torque to the armature baffle assembly. When the restoring torque is balanced with the torque acting on the armature damper due to the electromagnetic force of the torque motor, the damper returns to zero, and the sliding core keeps the opening position of the balance state until the given signal input changes.
