Product Introduction:
The iris damper is an ideal air flow regulator and measuring device for circular ducts, the diaphragm valve ensures a perfect accordance between the diameter indication on the handle and the opening of the valve, in the fully open position the iris damper provides 100% free area with on control mechanism in the airstream allowing easy and effective cleaning of the duct work system. Available in sizesφ80-800mm

Design & Material:
The damper is manufactured from galvanized steel sheet and is fitted with a rubber seal tested for air tightness.
Damper Mounting:
The damper must be installed in accordance with the distances required to minimize air flow deviation. Reducing or enlarging to the duct to the next duct size does not require any specified distances for minimizing deviation. IRIS enables the taking of precise air flow measurements at all points including points close to duct deviations such as T junctions and bends and points in front of other supply air devices,.
