TRL series pipeline high shear dispersing emulsifier
1. Introduction
The TRL series pipeline continuous dispersing emulsifier uses the turbulent flow formed in the narrow gap between the single-stage or multi-stage stator and the rotor to perform high-speed, strong hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, impact and grinding to complete the material. Continuous dispersion, emulsification and crushing. The stator and rotor adopt a new type of tooth profile combination. The materials of the working area components are all stainless steel, and the spindle adopts special stainless steel. The standard model adopts mechanical seals, and packing seals can also be used if users need them. The structure of the equipment can also be designed and manufactured according to the user's feasible special working conditions. This machine has the advantages of simple overall structure, small size, light weight, low noise and stable operation. Its biggest feature is that it does not require grinding media, and integrates dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, crushing and transportation.
2. Application
This machine is suitable for petrochemical, pigment, dye, coating, pharmaceutical, oil-water emulsification, fine chemical, food and beverage industries. (Solid and liquid) can easily complete the dispersion and efficient dissolution of suspensions with high viscosity and high solid content. (Solid and liquid) Emulsification of oil, water, and agent, breakage of cell tissue. (Gas, liquid, solid) The mixing and dispersion of absorption, dissolution and extraction. At the same time, it has a certain high conveying capacity.
