Meat Smoking Machine
The meat smoking machine is one of the essential equipment for meat curing and smoking. It has function of boiling, drying, baking and smoking etc.
This machine can cook and smoke all kinds of sausages(sausage,ham sausage,dry sausage etc.), meat (cutlet, beef jerky, shish kebab, bacon etc ), paultry(chicken,duck,drumstick, chicken wing, duck neck),fish,dried beancurd and bean curd shin
The smoked food colour is bright,taste is delicious,it is fragrant and non greasy.It can also improve the smoking environment,save labour and improve efficiency.
The host framework interlayer is filled by high temperature resistance material,one-stage moulding,
which improve the insulating effect and sealing performance,shorten the temperature rise time,save energy,
improve efficienty,make the temperature control exact and run reliable.
The smoking machine adopts circulating fan with impeller structure, the maximum speed of fan blade can up to
25m/s through 3000 r / min dynamic balance calibration,it can guarantee the temperature is uniform of each part,
the temperature difference is smaller and guarantee the airflow of furance is uniform.
"U" type steam heat exchanger structure can improve heat exchange area of 70%, quicken temperature rise
speed,guarantee products temperature rise fast and heated uniformly.
Smoke generator adopts wood pellets fuming device, fuming stable, colouring fast, and the smoke into the
cabinet is clean
Large human-computer interface (optional), vivid visually display the equipment running status ,the time,temperature,humidity,ventilation output etc.can be adjusted freely when the machine work.the operation is
very easy.
