Features: The transmission of this roller reducing machine is mainly designed for large diameter and long heating elements. The gearbox uses multiple sets of gears, connect with motor, to set up a group of gear reduction motors with large torque. Which will avoid when shrink large heater or long heaters, transmission is not strong enough or the motor easily damaged. Between the motor and roller shaft, it connected with gimbal, in this way, the machine will driven smoothly, and torque is increased, so the direct force to the motor and roller shaft will be lower, which will protect the motor.
1. The best diameter to reduce: 3-25 (mm);
2. The best length to reduce: 30-4000(mm);
3. Machine structure: Whole/separate machine (according to customers' order);
4. Transmission structure: Double Cardan shaft;
5. Can match with tungsten carbide roller, high speed roller and Cr12Mov roller;
6. Can make 8-16 groups, the 12 group mainly have in stock, other groups need to be customized;
