1. High accuracy of the coating head and blade with single, double and triple coating types.
2. Recycling use of hot air heating system to assure the evenness of the heat in the oven. Full-automatic temperature control.
3. Easy to handle. Only 8 workers are needed for the whole production line with a output of up to 30,000 square feet.
4. It can manufacture leather of double color leather and pull-up leather. It also has the device to avoid the process of attaching newspapers so as to reduce the production cost.

Eco-friendly non-solvent leather processing is mainly to make leather which can be widely applied in shoe materials, apparel, sofa, cases and bags, belts etc.
PU eco-friendly non-solvent leather machine Line of Principles:
A.B materials are conveyed to the injection head on the shifting rack through the filter metering pump, and the injection head shuttle and injects uniformly on the pattern paper on the assembly line. Blades on the assembly line scrape the material to film and then the material will be foamed with heat, bonding with the base layer(split skin, recycle skin, base fabric or other material) before its thorough curing( drawing status). After roller pressing the two into one, it is shaped in the oven and peeled.
