A: If the sample rejected, KINGTEAM will re-do the sample for free till the sample approved by the customer.

2. Q: Is there a free replacement if customer received goods and found package or parts were damaged?

A: Once we confirmed the parts or package is damaged due to our mistakes, we will apologize for that and send you replacement immediately.
