1. Q: Is it possible to know how is our order going on without visiting your factory?

A: We will make a detailed schedule and send weekly reports with pictures or videos to show you the processing progress.

2. Q: Can you produce the part based on the sample?

A: Our engineers can transmit the 3D and sample provided by customers into normal production drawings, and then put into production according to our professional experience. If necessary, we can advise the customer to modify the tolerance which adapt to mass production.
