Anti-High Temperature Flange Type Globe Valve

FREE-VALVE’s Anti-High Temperature Flange Type Globe Valve is compact, sturdy and ideal for high pressure and high temperature applications and consist of a disc and stem connection designed for on/off. Stem seal consists of flexible graphite packing with anti extrusion rings for optimum stem sealing. These valves are outside screw and yoke type (OS & Y) with rising stem and rising hand wheel.

Features

1. Flanged type forged steel globe valve have the advantages of more uniform structure, greater density, higher strength integrity,so that the flanged end forged steel globe valves are applicable for high pressure and high temperature working conditions.

2. Efficient packing seal at backseat to ensure no leakage from stem.

3. Outside Screw & Yoke construction facilitate stuffing box maintenance.

4. Metallic ring gasket or spiral wound gasket can be applied to ensure the tight seal of body/bonnet joint.

5. Fully guided disc ensures accurate alignment of disc and seat and reduces wear on seating surfaces.

6. Flange end forged steel globe valves with the same structure as screwed end & socket weld globe valve except the connection end, there are two types for the flange connection, one is integral type, which is a entirety with the valve body, another type is welded flange, the flange was welded on the SW end globe valves
