15ton SZS water tube type lpg gas oil diesel fired steam boiler for salt production
SZS series double drum oil & gas fired steam boiler is double drum, longitudinal type D-form layout, fast loading water tube boiler. This series of boiler are made of upper boiler drum and lower boiler drum, membrane wall, convection tubes and condenser, the fuel was burning in boiler furnace, flue gas discharge into chimney from convection tubes and waste heat recovery device. By using mechatronic structure, the performance being in the leading domestic level.
Features of Low Cost szs series gas/oil fired steam boiler
1. This kind of boiler adopts the structure of double longitudinal drums and D-type furnace. Water tube design, The economizer and other auxiliary heating surface are fixed in the rear. The combustor is located on the front wall. The convection tube bank and rear heating surface from the back of the furnace, and then into air through the chimney.
2. Boiler capacity from 4-60ton/hr, pressure up to 50 bar
3. Body Structure Features: For the double drums longitudinal D-type boiler, the pressure body has a good state of stress. Drums and other important pressure parts won't be radiated and eroded by high temperature flame. Pressure parts, with small thermal stress, can stretch out and draw back freely, and can reach higher safety margin.

2. What is the thickness of combustion chamber?
the thickness of corrugated furnace is different based on working pressure and furnace diameter, generally, the thickness is between 10~18mm, large combustion space, and combustion sufficient.
3. What is the advantages of fire tube boiler?
This fire tube boiler has compact structure and convenient operation, strong load adaptability, lower water quality requirement, and the failure rate of it is lower than 0.1!
4. Details of electric control cabinet.
Electric control cabinet adopts PLC touch screen, display in English. It shows working condition details of boiler, such as water temperature, water pressure, exhaust gas temperature, and over-pressure alarm, etc. In addition, the cabinet is used for set up the parameter, record and analyze the operation data, etc.
5. What is the inlet pressure of gas burner?
The inlet gas pressure is different for different capacity boiler, for example, the pressure for 2 ton steam capacity boiler is about 8~10KPa, while for 4 ton steam capacity boiler is about 18~20KPa.
