The selection suggestions of bearing channel grinding wheel
1. Select grinding wheel according to different working procedure. When selecting the grinding wheel, it should be different to use one process of rough and fine grinding or two processes of warm and fine grinding.
2. Select proper grinding wheel hardness. The grinding wheel is very hard. 3. Mill bearing outer groove, similar to the inner circle grinding, grinding wheel speed is low, if the use of grinding wheel diameter is large, its hardness is lower, if the grinding wheel diameter is small, its hardness outside groove grinding wheel is generally based on the size of the parts size and decide, but ground of some of the large size of bearing, may not necessarily want to choose again big wheel, because after grinding wheel diameter increase, arc with a surface is also big, grinding crack (grinding wheel flower) increase mill bearing inner groove, similar to the external cylindrical grinding, grinding condition is better.
