The main points of guideway grinding wheel selection:
(1) Green silicon carbide or white corundum is often used as abrasive, with a particle size of 36 46
(2) The hardness of the grinding wheel should not be too high. Choose H(R2)~J(Rs) when grinding with the end face of the grinding wheel. Choose K (ZR1) ~ L (ZR2) when using the grinding wheel for circular grinding; if it is combined grinding, the hardness of the grinding wheel should be uniform.
(3) The structure of the grinding wheel should be medium or loose.
(4) When grinding with TL (GC), because of its high hardness, sharp abrasive grains, clear and beautiful cuts, but the grinding marks are deep and not very smooth; when grinding with GB (WA), the marks are shallow and smooth , Easy to polish the surface, but not wear-resistant.
