Lemon Dryer (slice Drying)
Lemon is rich in vitamin B1, B2 and vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, iron, nicotinic acid, quinic acid, citric acid, malic acid, hesperidin, naringin, coumarin, high potassium and low sodium elements. Processing steps of lemon slice:
1. Select high-quality lemon fruit, carefully clean lemon fruit, there are salt water cleaning method, soda water cleaning method or ultrasonic cleaning method and so on. The main purpose is to clean and remove pesticide residues or waxes.
2. Use manual or lemon slicer to cut the fruit into 4 mm thin slices, pay attention to the thickness should be uniform, the error should not exceed ± 1 mm! In addition, lemon seeds should also be removed, so as not to affect the drying effect and taste of lemon slices.
3. Put the lemon slices on the ventilated tray in order. Avoid stacking them. First use natural wind and light to make the lemon slices dehydrate.
4. The air dried lemon slices were transferred to the air energy lemon drying room of jin'aoyuan, and the temperature of the dryer was set at 40-50 ℃. The moisture of lemon slices was slowly evaporated and discharged in the process of low-temperature drying, and the drying process was about 15 hours.
5. The quality, environmental protection, efficiency and simple and complete operation of the machine are emphasized in the mass drying of lemon slices. The control of temperature, humidity, air volume and wind speed is emphasized in the drying process. If you want to dry other fruit slices, such as apple slices, mango slices, banana slices, pitaya slices, hawthorn slices and so on, the key points are always changing.
