Product Description

But because of its high cholesterol, dietary fiber is not easy to digest, so the elderly, children and people with weak digestive capacity should not eat more.
Production process of beef jerky
The production process of beef jerky is as follows: material selection → pickling → drying → cooling → packaging
Selection of ingredients: select high-quality yellow beef slices, strips, length, thickness should not be too long, too thick.
Salting: according to the technological formula, sugar, garlic, ginger, cumin, five spice powder, soy sauce, pepper and beef are added for salting.
2. Deceleration drying stage
At this stage, the temperature is controlled between 52 and 54 degrees, the humidity of beef is controlled at about 45%, and the drying time is 3 to 4 hours. The beef gradually changes from light red to bright red, and the beef begins to shrink. At this time, we must pay attention to the change of the surface layer of beef. If we can dry the beef alternately, the effect will be better.
3. Rapid drying stage
In order to strengthen the drying speed, the temperature should be increased to 60 to 65 degrees, the drying time should be controlled within 10 to 12 hours, and the relative humidity should be controlled at 35%. The final humidity of beef drying should be controlled below 15%.
After these three drying stages, the moisture content of beef is about 15%, which is suitable for long-term storage.
Features of Jinkai heat pump dryer
1. No pollution. In the drying process, the drying medium is closed and circulates in it, and there is no pollution caused by material dust, volatile substances and peculiar smell when the drying waste gas is discharged to the environment; the waste heat in the drying chamber exhaust is directly recovered by the heat pump to heat the cold dry air, and there is no heat pollution of the unit to the environment.
2. Good drying quality. The closed circulation of drying medium can avoid the impurity pollution caused by gas exchange with the outside world, which is particularly important for food, medicine or biological products.
3. Convenient temperature and humidity control. Set the temperature and humidity by the control panel, which can be accurate to 1 degree. For some materials (such as wood, etc.) with high temperature or humidity requirements, the effect of texture and appearance is outstanding.
4. High energy efficiency. Heat pump has a more efficient heating capacity than direct energy supply, which is manifested in its heating energy consumption ratio (COP) is always higher than 1. In the heat pump drying system, in addition to the electrical energy from the compressor, the heat energy of the drying hot air also comes from the heat energy contained in the drying exhaust gas absorbed by the evaporator. Compared with steam drying, it can save 40% - 70% energy.
5. High efficiency and energy saving, low operation cost. The operating cost of heat pump dryer is only 30% of the electric heating dryer, 40% of the fuel oil dryer and 60% of the coal-fired dryer. Moreover, the heat pump dryer does not need to consume any fuel, thus saving the cost of transportation and storage of fuel, and the economic benefit is more obvious.
6. Safety and environmental protection. Heat pump dryer is to transfer the heat in the air to the drying room to achieve the purpose of drying, so it only consumes the electricity to carry the heat. There is no need to consume other fuels, that is, to avoid safety and environmental pollution problems in the transportation and storage of fuels. The operation process does not produce any pollutants.
7. Good drying effect. Because the heat pump dryer adopts automatic control, the operation state of the unit can be adjusted automatically according to the setting mode, with stable temperature rise, uniform temperature and less temperature fluctuation, so as to avoid the impact of human factors on the drying quality during the operation of the fuel dryer.
