Rubber Insulators Injection Machine, suitable for making composite insulators, arrestors, hollow core bushings with solid silicone rubber material.Huayi can provide the models from HYZ-200B to 2400B, and designed the world biggest rubber injection machine for making 1000kv silicone rubber insulators in 2008.
1.Vertical clamping unit, horizontal plastic& injection unit,with large injection volume, suitable for making HTV silicone rubber insulators,insulation bushings, hollow core insulators and cable joint body up to 1000kv;
2. Silicone rubber insulators injection machine wIth feeder to push soft HTV silicone inside plastic unit;
3. Proportional flux/ pressure controls the plasticizing process,specially designed plasticizing check valve, the flow channel is fully streamlined, no dead corners,less friction&heat generation, and no aging rubber;
4. Plasticizing screw with reverse function, easier to clean the injection barrel and less rubber wasting while changing rubber;
5. Germany high precise transducer controls moving stroke, accuracy telorance within 0.01mm;
6. Siemens advanced electrical control system, stable and flexible program edition, can provide tailord-made programming according to customer requests;
7. Injection unit adopts the closed-loop control to make higher injection accuracy;
8. Injection barrel adopts a special structure to ensure that the matching gap between it and the metering cylinder is moderate, no rubber leakage, it is convenient for assembly/ disassembly and maintenance.
9. Plasticizing barrel, central connection body and other parts are added air venting channels to ensure that no air trapped during the plasticizing process.
10. The heaters of the heating platens are non-uniformly distributed, and the PLC has the function of temperature compensation and adjustment on both ends of the mold to provide even temperature for insulators molds.
11. Cold runner system for long size molds adopts for saving rubber material, no rubber runners wasted.
