Vacuum compression molding machine main technical points:

Adopt four-column structure, can adjust the space of heating platen with many styles for demoulding devices.

Suitable for suitable for O-ring, gasket, seal rings , keyboard, rotary drum, auto shock absorption part, dust-proof boot.

There are two independent operation tables in one set of machine. It can be work at the same time or work along, so the production efficiency is increased.

PLC was from German Siemens Company, which be with high stability, easy for programming and fixing;

  1. Convenient human-machine conversation interface;

  2. 300 sets of mould data deposit;

  3. Self-diagnostic function display the status of all input and output points;

  4. Inite element analysis ensure the rigidity of all key structural parts, thus maximizes the machine quality and its service life;

  5. Two fast mold clamping cylinders can reach low-fast-low clamping speed and pressure.

  6. Mould degassing was controlled by PLC, can set degas before mold close or after mold close, degas times and time interval can be settled on HMI.

  7. Bigger clamping cylinder diameter-460mm, can provide 3000KN pressure in 180 bar system pressure,efficiently prolong the life time of hydraulic elements and oil pump.

8. Demould method:  adopting automatic mold moving and automatic demoulding device.

     Opening mould steps:

      1.  Sliding cylinder move out the mold;

      2.  Open the upper mold and rotate it by 45 degrees through the flap mechanism.

      3.  Side ejector cylinder disengages the middle mold and  bottom mold

      4.  Clapper with demolding fixture demould the parts after the bottom mold move in.

  9. Mould structure : 2 - 4 layers

     Equip with proper demould method, the production efficiency is increased and the work

     strength of operator is decreased by the convenient demould.

10. Vacuum machine is imported German BUSCH Company, the vacuum degree of vacuum pump can be achieved -740mmHg, it can be achieved -720mmHg with 7 seconds.
