Mylar Film Forming Machine, Polyester film folding machine
Mylar film forming machine is to form the polyester film used in compact busbar by heating workmanship. The working procedure includes feeding, pre-forming, heating, forming, cutting, discharging and etc..
This machine can realize unmanned operation.
Operator only needs to input the required data on the touch screen such as conductor width, heating temperature, cutting length and formed quantity and etc. before machine starts working. The key advantages of this machine are that formed round corners are smooth, metered blanking can save materials and labor cost is saved as one operator can control several machines in the same time.
