Application.

The GHH Electronic Tensile Tester applicable in various kinds of metal and non-metallic materials, such as plastic film, non-woven fabrics, woven bags, packaged with the tensile, pe el, heat sealing, tear, puncture, compression, bending, shear test, as well as some product's special tests, can also achieve constant stress, constant strain test, to configure special device can complete the torsion test project. Automatically calculate tensile strength, bending strength, elongation at break, fixed elongation stress, modulus of elasticity, and other parameters according to GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN standard.

Features.

1. Flexible interface and controlling method, can do tests of stretching, peeling, heat-sealing, tearing, piercing, compression, bending, cutting, and so on. Can set variable parameters like speed, thickness, and fixture distance. 

2. High precision measurement, the measurement accuracy can reach 0.5 grade.

3. The whole process is controlled by the computer; online display test result; can automatic data storage, data analysis and comparison functions; curve superimposed records; also with online printing function and scaling function.

4. Fully digitized controlling system together with imported AC servo system control displacement null shift.

5. Adopt high-precision ball screw, loading is stable and the tester has long life, and is chronically stable and energy saving. 

6. Open data structure, user can invoke the result parameters or process data casually. Editable report, data can be easily exported to Excel to facilitate post-processing. 

7.  Controlling unit can choose built-in one (looks simple and saves space) and external one (easy to upgrade, maintain, and offline operate).

8. With thorough position limitation protection, overload protection, scram and other security functions. Make the test safe reliable.

9. High sampling speed (100 times/s) makes the result more accurate.

10. Core parts are imported, more precise and more durable.

11. Pneumatic clips are optional; suitable for many kinds of clips.
