Application:
The DP Series vacuum ovens provide the right temperature and vacuum environment. Do vacuum drying or thermal test under vacuum conditions in the fields of electrical, electronics, aviation and other related fields. The vacuum drying oven can independently perform low pressure test, or comprehensive high temperature for comprehensive test. Based on years of experience in the field of environmental simulation equipment, the company has optimized the temperature field of the vacuum drying oven, and the technical indicators have reached the first-class level in the industry.
Features:
The shell of the vacuum oven is made of cold-rolled steel plate and coated with double-sided electrostatic epoxy polyester powder. The pressure-bearing inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel plate.Use centrifugal glass insulation cotton felt insulation. The hinge of working chamber is installed on the left side of the oven to ensure optimum contact pressure when the door is closed. The controller is installed in the middle or lower part of the oven. The electrical components are installed in the electric control cabinet, and the operator and test samples can be fully protected.
Function principle:
The door of working chamber is made of silicone rubber seals, to ensure a good seal at low air pressure. The low-pressure environment inside the oven is realized by the vacuum pump pumping the air inside the oven out of the oven. The temperature environment inside the oven is provided by heater installed outside the pressure-bearing inner chamber. Use Japanese Yokogawa UT155 or Korean Autonics controller to control the temperature and pressure. A separate set of temperature sensors is also provided to protect the test chamber and the testing pieces. Pressure can be restored automatically or manually.
