The DSX series features high speed closed loop servo tensioners with a maximum wire-feeding speed of 22 meters per second. Its high-speed/high torque DC servo motor and built-in Adaptive Speed Control Software provides fast response to rapid changes in coil winding speed and a wider tension range for high-speed precision winding. Suitable for high speed precision winding, improve winding efficiency and coil quality.

The series operates with a DC24V power supply, and comes with two-stage tensions setting and wire breakage detection.
