Tension of the MET tensioner is generated using hysteresis brake and a built-in control circuit. Its tensioning mechanism runs without any mechanical contact braking system, resulting in minimal friction from the connecting bearing. This provides a smooth, stable and consistent tension even in even high-speed winding.

 

Its control circuits are packed within its solid and compact designed body casing. It operates with DC24V power, and features wire jump prevention and built-in wire breakage detection. Tension attenuation is also possible.
