I. purpose:

Iii. Process description:
Buried sewage treatment equipment is mainly designed for the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage.The main treatment method is to adopt the relatively mature biochemical treatment technology -- contact oxidation method. The water quality parameters are based on the general living water quality.(2) contact oxidation tank;(3) secondary sedimentation tank;(4) disinfection tank and disinfection device;(5) sludge tank;(6) wind machine room and fan;
The following are discussed respectively:
(1) primary sedimentation tank: the primary sedimentation tank of the equipment is a vertical sedimentation tank. The rising velocity of sewage in the sedimentation tank is 0.6-0.7 mm/SEC. The settled sludge is carried to the sludge tank by air.
(2) contact oxidation pool: after initial sedimentation, the water flows to the contact pool for biochemical treatment. The contact pool is divided into three levels and the total residence time is more than 1 hour.The contact oxidation time of the strengthened equipment can reach 6 hours, and the packing is a new trapezoidal packing.Easy conjunctiva, not blocked.The specific surface area of the filler is 160m2 / m3, and the gas-water ratio of the contact pool is around 12:1.
(3) secondary sedimentation tank: after biochemical sewage flow to secondary sedimentation tank, secondary sedimentation tank is two vertical sedimentation tanks, they run in parallel.The ascending velocity is o.3-0.4 mm/s.Sludge discharge adopts air lifting to sludge tank.
(4) disinfection tank and disinfection device: if the hospital sewage, the disinfection tank can increase the residence time to 1-1.5 hours, the use of solid chlorine tablets in contact with the dissolution of the disinfection method, disinfection device can be based on the amount of water output to constantly change the dosage, to achieve more water more medicine, less water less medicine.Other disinfection equipment can be prepared separately.(note: if used in industrial sewage disinfection tank and disinfection device can not be)
(5) sludge tank: all sludge from primary sedimentation tank and secondary sedimentation tank are carried by air to the sludge tank of buried sewage treatment equipment for aerobic digestion.The clear liquid from the sludge tank is returned to the contact oxidation tank for reprocessing.The remaining sludge after digestion is very little, generally 1-2 years clean up.Cleaning method can be used to use a muck suction car from the sludge tank inspection hole into the bottom of the sludge, suction and transport.
(6) wind machine room and fan: the wind machine room of the equipment is located above the disinfection tank. The entrance adopts double-layer sound insulation. The air inlet is equipped with muffler and fan filter.The fan adopts two l-shaped roots blower, which can run alternately automatically.The operating life of a single fan is about 30,000 hours.
