How is the plate and frame press filtered?

Filtering part

1. If the filter cake needs to be washed, the filter cake can be washed by washing water through the washing port on the thrust plate.If you need a filter cake with lower moisture content, you can also pass compressed air through the washing port to filter the cake layer to take away some water from the filter cake (for Uk model).If the compressed air or high-pressure liquid is pumped into the air inlet, the filter cake is pressed by stirring the diaphragm to further reduce the moisture content of the filter cake

Its performance and the correct selection directly affect the filtering effect.Among the filter cloth used, the most common is made of synthetic fiber textile, according to its material can be divided into polyester, polypropylene, polypropylene, polyamide and so on.
