1. Material of equipment:
The equipment is made of stainless steel:40*40*2/3mm Square tube,Protecting plate and Punching uniform wind plate 2mm,Liner Panel1.5mm,guide rail 5# angle iron; frame 80*40*2.5mm square tube,40*40*2mm square tube,Outer plate 2.0 Stainless plate(Screw fixation); Equipment ventilation part of the fan is made of carbon steel, the other including the wind pipe is made of stainless steel; heat insulating material:40~60mm Pure aluminum silicate(The surface temperature of the equipment is less than 40 degrees.);Equipment mesh belt is a stainless steel chain plate + punching plate structure.
2. Installed motor:
Heating fan 8sets,power 7.5KW/set; Mesh belt drive motor:P=1.5KW(frequency control) Cleaning brush motor:P=1.5KW(2 sets,frequency control)
3. Device color:
Materials used in the equipment are drawn stainless steel, and the appearance is beautiful.
4. Device heating:
8 temperature measuring points and temperature control points are set up, and the steam heat exchanger is used for heating,each evaporation area is 100mSH0.7x;2^; air inlet dimension is 1*1m, steam inlet is DN50,water outlet is DN40.The heating temperature is normal temperature to 150 degrees; Equipment each motor and control is equipped with a total electric control box(The electric control and equipment are installed separately to prevent the box temperature is too high.
5. Transport :
For transport considerations, both sides of the ventilation duct can be demolished, and the heat transfer and the wind turbine, the wind pipe can be demolished.
